has specialized in making excursions to areas and buildings
of high quality in planning and architecture.
Mainly the excursions direct to architect and engineer offices, contractors,
public authorities and others with a need for in-service training,
architectural and cultural experiences.
The main focus is on new buildings as housing estates, offices and
institutions, but also classical works as well as buildings under construction
and developing areas are possible issues. Geographically Archi-tours.dk takes care of tours in
Denmark, mainly in the Copenhagen area with the Southern Sweden included as
well.

Archi-tours.dk offers the following contributions:
Recommended
tour programme
including a short description of the selected buildings,
addresses, names of architects, construction period, illustrations, references
to periodicals and websites and approximate time schedule for the tour.
Digital programmes have to be used only for the scheduled tour.
Qualified guide, usually an architect, who tells about the buildings and developing areas on the tour, and who organizes visits for minor groups into selected buildings as well - if possible. The tour language is either Danish or English. But ask if you want another language.
Bookings
of bus, boat transportation and restaurant visits. Archi-tours.dk provides recommendation of good lunch restaurants in attractive building
environment.
To secure a good planning Archi-tours.dk recommends you to order an arrangement at

General prices:
1.
For a fully planned tour Archi-tours.dk charges DKK 1,000 (134 euro) per hour plus
25% Danish VAT. This includes
programme, administration, visitor permissions, preparation and guiding of the tour.
A full-day tour in 8 hours the general price will be DKK 8,000 (1,072 euro)
plus Danish VAT, DKK 2,000 (268 euro). The price for a half-day tour is
DKK 4,000 (536 euro) plus Danish VAT, DKK 1,000 (134 euro).
For an arrangement in more days Archi-tours.dk can offer discount.
2.
For guiding only following client's programme (with visitor permissions) the
charge is DKK 750
(100 euro) + 25% Danish VAT per hour. DKK 6,000 (800 euro) + 25% VAT
for a full-day tour. The programme has to be send to Archi-tours.dk, when you
order the tour. Otherwise we charge in according with the first conditions.
3.
For guiding only following client's programme (without preparation and visitor
permissions) the charge is DKK 550
(75 euro) + 25% Danish VAT per hour. DKK 4,400 (600 euro) + 25% VAT
for a full-day tour.

Max. 100 persons per boat.
In case of specialized wishes, Archi-tours.dk can give you an offer.
Discount for students and groups from Eastern Europe and other low income
countries.
Recommended currency exchange:
100 euro = 750 DKK
All arrangements has to be paid just after the completion.
Expenses for hotel, bus, bicycles or boat hire, lunch, admission tickets for exhibitions and housing estates etc. are not included in the quoted prices. The group has to pay the lunch for the guide as well.
